HIGH PERFORMANCE AUDIO ANALYZERS
New program makes industry's highest performance audio analyzers available for rent for short term projects and lease-to-own

Beaverton, OR - Nov 20, 2006 - Audio Precision, Inc., the worldwide leader in audio test and measurement, today announced the launch of an instrument rental program for its entire range of high performance audio analyzers.

The new rental program gives audio engineers access to the latest AP technology at a low upfront cost. The minimum rental period is one month; longer-term leases can also be arranged. If the renter wishes to buy the instrument, rental payments will be applied as partial credit towards the purchase price of the unit. New and used instruments are available for rent or lease.

“This instrument rental program is a great way to get 2700 Series and APx units into the hands of users without having to wait for capital expenditures to be planned in the budget,” says John Scoles, Audio Precision's Director of Sales for North America. “It's also very good for those who wish to make a long term evaluation of our products before making a commitment.”

AP's program offers several benefits over third-party leasing firms including a larger selection of available models, factory-certified instruments, full factory warranty, and free tech support for the life of the rental agreement.

Price and Availability
The AP Instrument Rental program is available only to US-based customers. All currently manufactured lines can be rented, though specific models may not always be available. Standard rental price will be 10% of US List price per month, with an additional discount if the Renter opts to rent used equipment. Other terms and conditions apply.
