Hello

This morning at 6am Pacific the official press release hit the wire announcing our newest audio analyzer, the APx585.

The 585 is the first true multichannel audio analyzer in the world, with a totally new “measurement-centric” architecture that we believe will have the same impact on the audio business that System One had when we introduced it in 1985.

No other analyzer has the ease-of-use, the integrated reporting capability or the raw speed that the APx585 offers. Just one example: From a single acquisition, the 585 can generate an HTML report with 14 key measurements, 3D graphs, tables of data and all parameter settings -- for up to 8 seperate channels, all in less than a minute, and all just by selecting the tests you want from a list and clicking "Run".

We’ve already received some very positive press (such as this from Alex Mendelsohn over at EE Product Center) and we’re looking forward to introducing the 585 to customers face-to-face over the next couple of months.

I invite you to visit www.ap.com/products/apx585 to see the 585's new features, or contact your local AP distributor to arrange a demonstration at your facility.

Thanks for your time, and I look forward to hearing your feedback.

Sincerely

Bruce Hofer
