My APx500 control software displays the error message “The hardware is not capable of playing this waveform” when trying to load some generator waveform files. What’s wrong?
APx585 instruments with serial numbers below 12674, and APx586 instruments with serial numbers below 62031, may not be able to play external .wav files with sample rates below 192 kHz through the generator. This issue can be corrected by updating the firmware. Please contact Jim Duncan, Technical Support Hardware Engineer, for more details.
